Suzanne Lindau, Wealth Advisor and Vice-President of Lauterbach Financial Advisors, originally joined Lauterbach Financial Group in 1990 as a staff accountant in the tax department. After several years of working as a CPA outside the Group, she rejoined in 2007, on the financial advisory side of the business. Suzanne has served as the Chief Operating Officer since 2012. In 2015, she became a partner and the Chief Financial Officer.
Suzanne earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at UTEP and graduated Magna Cum Laude in December 1992. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas and is credentialed as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The PFS designation is granted to CPAs who specialize in financial planning, complete a required number of education and business experience hours, and pass a rigorous exam.
Suzanne currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Accounting Education Foundation (part of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants). She also served on the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities of El Paso from 2006 to 2010, and held the offices of Treasurer and Vice-President.
